OUR CAMPUS & FACILITIES
OUR CAMPUS
Milepost35 is a purpose-built action sports campus at the base of Mt. Hood in Sandy, Oregon. Set on 28 private acres, it features mountain bike trails, progressive skills zones, and world-class indoor and outdoor skate and bike parks for all ability levels. Campers stay in modern cabins, train in dedicated coaching and fitness spaces, and explore the surrounding Pacific Northwest trail systems. Designed for progression and fun, Milepost35 delivers an immersive environment where athletes develop technique, build confidence, and grow at their own pace.
M35 TRAIL SYSTEM
M35 trails are built by riders for riders and are located on the Wy’East campus, which abuts over 3,000 acres of rideable terrain. We have partnered with Sensus R.A.D. Trails, a non-profit founded by Cam Zink, to provide a trail system that is accessible and progressive for all levels of riders. The trails are made with our famous M35 loam and offer a mix of single track, freeride flow, and everything in between.
MOUNTAIN BIKE AIR BAG
Milepost 35’s airbag is designed for true progression, featuring two distinct takeoffs that allow riders to build skills step by step. A smaller, approachable takeoff helps athletes learn body position, timing, and air awareness, while the larger takeoff gives confident riders the opportunity to go bigger and explore more advanced tricks. Both lines land safely on the same oversized airbag, creating a controlled environment where riders can repeat attempts, experiment, and progress before taking it to the mulch jump with two identical takeoffs.
MULCH JUMP
The mulch jump at Milepost35 mirrors the airbag setup with two identical takeoffs, giving riders a seamless transition from airbag progression to a real landing. By keeping the takeoffs the same, athletes can focus on dialing in speed, pop, and technique while adapting to the feel of a mulch landing. This intentional design builds confidence and consistency, allowing riders to take what they’ve learned on the airbag and apply it directly to mulch before taking it to the dirt.
THE CONCRETE JUNGLE
Our Concrete Jungle skateboard and bike park stretches throughout the entire campus with over 50,000 square feet of rideable terrain, featuring a miniramp section, concrete bowl, quarterpipes, spines, banks, hips, a vert wall with pool coping, rollers, ledges, rails, steps, manual pads, and so much more for you to find endless lines.
B.O.B. – THE BUILDING OUT BACK
B.O.B. is the largest indoor skate and bike park in the Northwest, featuring 12,500 square feet of creative space for any weather. In addition, B.O.B. houses two Olympic trampolines and a 20x20’ airbag foam pit to practice new aerial maneuvers before bringing them to the dirt. B.O.B. also includes new indoor super trampoline, fitness center, rock wall, and cardio and stretching zone.
